Refunds 

Vaila Shoes has a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

We issue refunds in the form of an E-Gift Card (store credit) to be used on future purchases. Note: Your E-Gift Card will never expire. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be identified as damaged in transit, the incorrect item was shipped, or you're not satisfied with your purchase. At this point, the merchandise must be in its original form when purchased and excluding dirt, stains, or other damaging components.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all sale and clearance items cannot be refunded. Refunds also exclude shipping prices.

Returns

To return your product, please email customerservice@vailashoes.com to receive detailed instructions to start the return process.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for shipping when returning your product back to us. Once the return has processed, we will credit that shipping amount back to your E-Gift card. 

Please allow 3 business days to process your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your E-Gift Card, within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Vaila Shoes has a 14 day exchange policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange. 

We will only issue exchanges for a different size in the same product only.  We are unable to exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be modified from its original form when purchased (dirty, stained, or damaged).

To exchange your product, please email customerservice@vailashoes.com to receive detailed instructions to start the return process.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then we will ship your alternate size within 3-5 business days. 

If you require an alternate color or style, please place a new order.
