Q: When does Black Friday Deals start/end?
A: Flash Sales have already started! Our official Black Friday Sales will begin early on November 23rd for those on our email list.Sales will continue until Cyber Monday at midnight (November 28th). We understand that not everyone shops on Black Friday, so we also have 12 Days of Deals in December!
Q: What is the cut-off date to order?
A: To ensure your product gets here on time, we advise you to order by December 15th, 2022 to ensure that your shoes arrive on time for the holidays. Order as early as you can!
Q: How long should I expect for my order to arrive to me?
A: Our main shipping carriers that we use are FEDEX, UPS, and USPS. We do our part to make sure orders are shipped out quickly on our end. Expect that there will be shipping delays and give yourself 6-10 days for your products to arrive to you.
Q: Do your offer Holiday Gift Wrapping?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer holiday gift wrapping as of yet. If you're looking to put your Vaila Shoes in gift bag, ensure that it is large enough to cover a 12x12x4 box size. To dress up your gift, throw in some anklets, numbing spray, lotion, and foot scrub!
Q: Where can I find your sizing guide?
A: Please navigate to our "Sizing Guide" page on our website for assistance. In addition, our product listings will have size suggestions and tips to navigate to your ideal size.
Q: I need to return/exchange your shoes. What's the process for that?
A: Vaila Shoes has a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be identified as damaged in transit, the incorrect item was shipped, or you're not satisfied with your purchase. We only offer exchanges for a different size, not a different style. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process.
