What is the Get Back On Your Feet Initiative?
From November 18th - December 25, 2025, Vaila Shoes is running a Buy One, Get One promotion. When you purchase any pair of shoes, you'll receive a second pair FREE at checkout. Plus, we'll be donating shoes to women who have recently experienced job loss at the end of the season.

How does the BOGO work?
Add any eligible product to your cart and the free pair will automatically be added at checkout. You can choose to keep it, gift it, or pass it forward!

Can I choose which style I get for free?
The free pair will be the same style as the pair you purchase. You'll be able to select your size during checkout.

What if my free pair doesn't fit?
You may request a size exchange for the complimentary pair, subject to availability. Email support@vailashoes.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and size request.

Can I return the free pair?
No. The complimentary pair received through this promotion is not eligible for returns or refunds. It may only be exchanged for a different size if available.

What about the pair I paid for?
Your purchased pair is covered by our standard 30-day return and exchange policy. You may return it for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Does the promotion apply to sale items?
Yes! All products are eligible for the BOGO promotion during the campaign period.

Can I use a discount code with this promotion?
The BOGO offer cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated.

How long does shipping take for BOGO orders?
Please allow 4-7 business days for processing and delivery. Due to increased order volume during the holidays, some delays may occur.

Why is shipping $9.99?
Your shipping fee covers the cost of shipping BOTH pairs (yours + your free pair). You're essentially getting double the shoes for one low shipping rate!

Who receives the donated pairs?
At the end of the season, we'll be donating shoes to women who have recently experienced job loss and are actively seeking employment. We're currently accepting donations to help cover the shipping costs of getting these shoes to our charity partners and recipients in need.

Can I donate to help with shipping costs?
Yes! If you'd like to support our initiative by helping cover shipping costs for donated pairs, you can make a donation directly on our website at Donation Page Link. Every contribution helps us get more shoes to women who need them.

When does the promotion end?
The Get Back On Your Feet Initiative runs through December 25, 2025, or while supplies last.
